Do You Ever Take A Rest From Forums?

Do you ever take a rest from forums?
Do you feel that you spend too much time on them?
Do you find that other things start being neglected by spending a lot of your time on a forum?

Or do you feel, Why not? I love being part of a forum and everything else can go to hell?!!

This week, l had 'a rest' and caught up with so much that needed doing... but the old forum addiction is hard to break!!
What's your excuse?

A long time ago, I spent too much time on Forums, now I don't, just keep stuff concise.

There is a Work-Forum Balance, the one that pays the bills, has to take precedence.

I don't take a rest as such. I don't see the need.

If the computer is switched on how long does it take to pop in & say 'Good Morning'?

It shows you're still around without taking up much of your time.

Carol, You must be very disciplined and have great self control!
I would say, for many of us, yes, that's our intention but hours later that fleeting visit has become a session!

I haven't been here very long spitfire, but apart from yourself,
I can't say I have noticed any faffers.

Being on here can be addictive though, but one has to take control, otherwise one would be here most of the flipping day.
Now then.
What group was it who first mentioned something about taking control?!

No not really.

I suppose it depends what else is going on in ones life - and also of course - what interesting discussions are going on in the forum.
