A Rocky Week
Hi all i'm back after having a rest from the Internet, not through choice though!Easter Sunday we had a lovely day out, came home, went onto the internet, but it wouldn't let us in? The whole thing had gone down, all the green lights had dimished to just 3 and the main one wasn't lit up..
We called TalkTalk the next day and from then on in we've been from pillar to post TalkTalk and Open Reach...
The conclusion came about yesterday when an Open Reach engineer came and did a full tracking on the line outside and then said its TalkTalk's Router that's not working! So he rang through and today we received the router
what a carry on..
