Yes, today's the day. I have become a 'Senior citizen', an OAP- I have officially become a 'Crumbly'.

We celebrated on Saturday by buying Mrs.L a shiny new car and I cooked fish chips for dinner. Then I thought, "hang on a minute, it's supposed to be MY birthday".

Amongst the cards, I received a letter about 'Guaranted minimum pension'. It looks as if I should be getting some more money, but I'm just totally confused dot com by the figures. It must be my age.

I have 4 pensions although one is trivial. The largest one is paid on the 6th in advance. The state pension is every 4th. Monday in arrears and the other is paid on the last working day of the month. I must get a year planner.
