Happy Friday Folk.

Taken at Gressoney in the Italian Alps.
I picked my first crop of the year out of the garden yesterday ......some rhubarb.

I've lived in Burnley for about 4 years now, and had my bus pass for 5 years.

Skipton is only just up the road but I've only ever passed through it, or had the briefest walk through the place to grab a sandwich between buses.
So today I'm going to visit Skipton; a good browse round; it's market day; might visit the castle; and there are a couple of outdoor shops so I might get a new rucsac.

Skipton is a beautiful town, i live in Bradford and was there about 7 weeks ago. There's Boat rides on the canal, plenty of shops and cafes.. You'll enjoy it

As Sue says, Skipton is a very nice town with an excellent market. The area around the canal basin is a lovely place to eat your fish'n'chips out of a newspaper.
