Good morning everyone, a cold easterly forecast but not freezing here at the moment....

Off to visit my mum later on to mow her lawns and do some pruning so I hope that it stays dry for awhile.

Certainly breathtaking scenery Alan and a great photo of it.

We've had most of our holidays in mountainous areas, generally in the Alps, I think I must have been an Ibex in a previous life !

Good morning all. The picture is lovely Alan.
Mothers day tomorrow. I've got a lovely terracotta pot of spring flowers to take to mums grave sometime today as I'm being taken out myself tomorrow. Nothing else planned - only housework.

Good morning fellow members it is bitterly cold here but fine .

I am going to move back into my bedroom this morning before starting on the spare room. The carpet has been down in there for 34 years and looks its age and the underfelt has disintegrated so will need to be taken up before I decorate. When finished I will have new carpets in both room.

Good morning everyone. Lovely photo Alan.
Off to Mansfield today. Wont be seeing the sunny fields on
the trip on the train today. Will be dull all day by the looks
of it. Putting my big coat on to keep warm. The pashmina
will be on too. They come in handy for the neck and ears.
Off now got lots to do before I go catch the train.

p.s. Thinking of the poor people on the Island of Vanuatu who
were smashed by a cyclone with 210mph winds and 8metre storm surge.
