What kind of shop would you own?

After buying 300 tea bags for £5. I have come to the conclusion that selling cups of tea must be the most profit making. So for me if I could own a shop it would be a little café by the sea selling tea and home made scones.

What kind of shop would you like to own if you had the money?

I was brought up in a village shop,it seldom made money. The evil one did eventually get a job and leave it to my mum to run but the damage was done.

Would you shop run by some nasty man with smelly feet??

If i had the money i would open an Antique and Collectables shop with a cafe adjoining, nothing on a big scale just on the high street of a Seaside town.
When we visit Hornsea were we hope to live one day, i always said i would have a Cafe called " All Seasons Cafe " were i would have a different menu for each season, and would change the pictures on the wall and flowers on the tables to suit the season.. But you can live on hopes, it's all a dream

Been there done that In the 70s I once managed a Coffee shop in Upton on Severn for a year or so above a interior designer /gift shop serving light lunches and teas . We had lovely cakes (made at home by a lady in the village) delicious meats from a local delicatessen and I made the scones, jam, soup.

It was very busy at weekends and on nice days but the rest of the time it was dead. The money was made on the gifts we displayed .
