I didn't see it SF, what do you mean, what big bang?
Are you talking about another meteor heading for earth or something?

Re: Newsnight

No Mups, there is some new theory on the birth of the universe which seems may illuminate a little more on the Big Bang theory.

Re: Newsnight

Oh, I see. When you said about going to the Supercemetary, I thought you meant there was talk of another 'near miss' meteorite.
Guess its late. I've done thinking enough today.
Night night.

Re: Newsnight

They now have confirmation of what happened as far back as one trillionth of one trillionth of a second after the bang. I guess they'll never know what happened at time zero.

Re: Newsnight

The big bang theory is as illogical as the God theory, and many eminent scientists are now turning against it. This latest piece of light wobble info makes no sense either, assuming we were part of the big bang explosion then surely everything should be heading away from us and not towards us?

Everything is heading away from us Barry, the universe is expanding like a balloon being blown up. Theories are just that, theories until someone disproves them and that hasn't happened yet in the case of the "Big Bang Theory".
