Re: 'Settled' sunday

Morning everyone.
There was some fierce wind and rain through the night again. It's blowing now but dry for a while. OH is working again, so a quiet day starting with a nice bath/hairwash/pedicure etc for me. then there is a one-day cricket match from SA and then I'll cook my chicken with 30 cloves of garlic! Wonder if the fumes will transmit over the www?
Hope everyone has a safe and pleasant day

Re: 'Settled' sunday

The garden centres tend to be choc-full of xmas decorations at this time of year don't they Moli? I don't blame them - it's a good business move.
It's getting blacker and blacker here - going to be hang on to the roof time again in a few minutes I think

Re: 'Settled' sunday

Good morning everyone!

Quite a bit of rain earlier but the sun is making an effort to show its face now.

I quite like looking around Garden Centres at this time of the year, they always look warm, colourful and attractive. Also they are a good place to pick up some tips for Christmas flower arrangements

Hope you all have a lovely day

Re: 'Settled' sunday

Good Morning Chr1st1an and all. I woke up to a foggy morning but it looks like it might be beginning to clear.

I was right we shopped til we dropped and my darling grand-daughter came along. Found wonderful things and they wouldn't let me pay for them but they'll get it back in some forum Thank heavens for cell phones since my son in law missed us so much, he met us and took us out for dinner.
