Autumn comes when I start thinking about heating. It went on for a bit last night.
I used to like it when we lit the stove for the first time. It gave the kitchen a lovely smell in the morning not to mention a nice cosy feel. Pressing a switch isn't the same somehow, but a lot easier.

Yes DM , it has been so much colder the last few days..brrrr


I can tell it is autumn when I go from one thin jumper to two thin jumpers (winter is a thin jumper and a thick jumper ) . I prefer adding jumpers to using expensive heating unless it is very cold .
