So would I ....only can do for holidays though Yorkshire is so diverse one minute you are in pretty villages/ farming land the next wild moorland it is an amazing county....
We are so lucky though this country of ours is so beautiful just shame about the weather sometimes....

That's another good thing about this forum, I am getting to see pics of other beautiful parts of the UK and elsewhere that I would never have known existed........ thank you to all who have shared them with us here, please keep posting them!

It was All Creatures Great and Small (James Herriot) that inspired us to go to the Dales firstly but it is beautiful and wild too....
