My cereal

I just had this and thought it looked colourful so snapped it

...Organic...
Rice Puffs
Oat puffs
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Pine nuts
Golden linseeds
Steel cut oats
Cranberries
Apple
Rice Dream (milk substitute)

Can you guess I'm back on my detox must say tho, that it's actually very filling - the oats do that to it

Re: My cereal

Thanks Guys! It's yum!

FF - I actually find my 'detox' food is cheaper than the premade/packaged foods most people buy. The puffed oats and rice for eg are less than £2 a bag and as you use a little of all in one serving (and only a thin coating of the other seeds and nuts) I find they last longer than any Kelloggs or other mainstream cereal. I guess the only thing is time - takes longer to prepare hence why most people prefer the easy (and more expensive - but less healthy) option

Re: My cereal

It tastes yum, but guess what... no more cranberries Looked everywhere, Waitrose, M&S and even 2 x tescoes! Hope I won't have to wait 11 months to get some more
(Don't want dried ones, they have sugar added to them).
