Morning all, it's a beautiful sunny day here after yesterday's rain.

I am expecting my family round later for a buffet and a good chinwag Katie (9), my granddaughter has been chosen to sing a solo in her school concert next month and she has promised to give me a personal performance this afternoon, bless her!

Hi, all! Couldn't ask for a nicer day: 26 C (78 F), brilliant sunshine and a nice breeze, looks to be another like it for the holiday tomorrow! Good, because we often get a rainy spell at the first real Summer holiday. To the market, got a lovely swordfish steak and fresh cauliflower for dinner; may eat on the porch as it's so nice.

Lovely and sunny here today. I was at work all day, it was manic! There were still loads of people about when we came home.

I have sorted out the car ready for tomorrow, Pips first show, bless him.
