Pizza - the perfect food! I aways have pizza on Wednesdays ... and a beer every evening.

The best pizza I ever had was in Rome (goes without saying I suppose). It was was so thin and cooked in a wood oven, I could eat it now. I sometimes cook pizza at home - LOADS of toppings and no cheese - really healthy.

I prefer a thin crust too, but just tomato sauce, cheese a sprinkling of oregano and hot pepper flakes; no other toppings. Classic pizza.

Don't know about tonight, but yesterday was roast pig with my signature dish - roast garlic mash potatoes with caramalised onions. Yum.

Suckling pig? Or pork roast .. whatever, love both! Sounds yummy. No cook Monday, just tuna salad, fresh spinach and crisps here.

Pork roast Eileen - I call it roast pig for some reason. You should try the garlic mash - good old mashed potatoes (with butter) but add roasted garlic puree and sprinkle loads of caramalised onions over the top. If you want to be really posh - a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over the top adds a bit of Italian flair

LOL, I did wonder! I only had suckling pig once at a posh brunch, loved it; but it's way too big for a family! The potaoes dound lovely, and I'm a big fan of balsamic vinegar.
