Tea

I've always bought PG tea but lately it's price is up and down. Over a period of time I have tried the cheap tea and found it ugh, so the other week I needed a new box and looking around the tea section I decided to try Yorkshire tea....mmmmm lovely and a good price. Does anyone chop and change their tea?

Re: Tea

I used to buy PG tea many years ago. Changed to Tetley, but recently changed to Lancashire tea. Cheaper than Yorkshire tea. Just need to leave the tea bag in a little longer.
Still buy Tetley if it;s on offer, and works out cheaper, than the Lancashire tea. £1-59 for 80.

Re: Tea

I chop and change my tea brand. One I do quite like and its usually better value than a lot of brands is Sainsbury's Red Label tea. It's also a "Fairtrade" product.

Re: Tea

I've always bought PG but haven't been that keen on it recently as its been weaker than normal and leaving the tea bag in for longer hasn't really made much difference, so going to try Yorkshire tea next which my sister swears by

Re: Tea

I used to like PG Tips and Tetley, but they're too weak for me, so I buy Aldi's Red Label tea. £1.89 for 160 bags and it's good and strong.

Re: Tea

I always buy PG Tips Decaffinated £4.34 for a box of 160 bags ........it suits my taste as I don't like strong tea especially as I drink it black.

Re: Tea

I only have one cup in the morning and PG does it for me. Not a big tea drinker really. Prefer coffee during the day.
