Good morning folks, the weekend is here!

Another sunny day here although there is a chill in the wind.
May try to get out in the garden this afternoon and do a bit of pottering and tidying up.

Morning - Bbbrrr...definately the wind making it feel freezing! Sun is out & it's dry

Have done 2 dog walks & will do the other pm.

No plans today, just potter doing jobs in house & perhaps surfing online for poss holiday in France sometime this year.

It's dry but still pretty cold. However, counting blessings, there is no wind, so I was able to get a bit more allotment tidying done. It was very busy, lots of people starting their seasonal work and it was lovely saying hello to people again - it's a sort of checking up process ... "Glad to see you survived the winter!" sort of thing

Sweep - let us know if you find something wonderful. Where are you thinking of? My sister has 2 French getaways booked for this year - a giant one with all her family (to mark {hopefully} my niece's graduation as a vet) (yes - it's that long ago I was posting about her being accepted for vet school. Long-memoried Catsey/Dogsey people will remember) in The Vendee (poor Vendee, what a terrible tragedy the floods last week were) and a second, just her, her OH and the motor bike, in Languedoc.

Oh dear - long rambling thread - apologies!

Me - I'm flying nowhere after the January debacle ... we're cruising to the fjords! Looks like we won't get to France this year, or at least the beaches. We have a long weekend in Paris in May

Hi everyone. Sunny here but still chilly, 3 degrees (37 F), but still windy so feels much cooler. To the library to change my books, good to be back on my normal Saturday schedule, also got gin, so am all set for a lazy day of papers and crossword.

Gorgeous day here, gave the chook house a good spring clean cleared some of the snow from round about them to give them a bit more scratching space. Then we were off to the farm shop to buy scratch corn for their treat and had a lovely healthy salad lunch (followed by a huge chocolate eclair).

Good evening all

What a lovely day its been again but very cold. The dogs went out for a good long walk this morning so were very happy.

Went to work this afternoon, it was busy and I was happy to see the woodcarvers were in again, they are so clever and I love to look at some of the beautiful things they have carved.

Evening all-hope you've all had a good day. Been a lovely day here, sunshine and blue skies....after usual dusting and hoovering, had a lovely walk this morning then after dinner went to do big shop. Went round to my friend's for cuppa then took the dogs out walking. It was wonderful walking in the sun....surprisingly very quiet-thought the whole world would have been out, but it suited us fine.
