Re: what next!!
I have seen teenagers in Tesco, mothers outside schools, and girls in the chip shop.Re: what next!!
There is a school at the end of my street, and most mornings I see Mothers, and sometimes Fathers, getting out of their cars with pj's on-some even walk down the street with pj's and clutching their dressing gowns round them To me, that is the height of idleness and a lack of pride in themselves!Re: what next!!
This is nothing new. I heard of this about 12 months ago and, as has been said, Tesco refused entry to anyone wearing nightwear, and quite right too. I think it's the same with ASDA as well now, but I'm not sure.Re: what next!!
I must admit....I've nipped out to the bins in what I wear as PJs but even if I went over to the shop you'd be hard pressed to realise it was PJs I was wearing. I buy mine as seperates not as pairs. The bottoms are always either black or navy and the tops are old T-Shirts that I don't wear in the day anymore (not glamorous but comfy) but they are ok for mooching around the house.Re: what next!!
Its just a fashion because the winter has been so mild this year. Would you have seen them last year or the year before when we had lots of snow and ice??? - I think not. If we get a cold snap this too will put paid to this latest 'fashion'. Like Bob, I don't wear PJs at all - just my birthday suit.
