Someone after a recipe for Hair Loss ??Okay here it is.
Pick a handful of Rosemary
1 knob of ginger - cut into pieces (leave skin on)
Place in saucepan and cover with water, bring to the boil, turn heat down to simmer, about 10 minutes.
Strain and then add 6 drops of Lavender oil (it has to be the good Lavender oil, here in Oz available from chemists) The cheap stuff is no good. Has to be pure oil.
Place in a spray bottle, spray on hair and massage into scalp at least once a day. I do it morning and night.
Even if you don't have a rosemary bush, surely a friend has one, or 2nd option buy it from the supermarket in fresh herbs.
*NB* You must keep this in the fridge. In winter time I warm it slightly before putting on my head. You don't have to but I hate cold.
This was sent to me by a friend whose friend had her thyroid removed, which can cause hair loss, and she uses it all the time and swears by it.
