I think everybody is reading me wrong here. I really don't mind my own company as I've got used to it now, but I'd rather be at work and making myself useful that way.
I enjoy having a few days off work but this period is too long for me.
A year ago I thought I'd have a go at glass painting, and taking up knitting again, but the stroke put paid to that in my right hand. I can type reasonably well again now, but my hand-writing has suffered a bit and, as I'm right handed and that's the one affected, there's little I can do as it's still numb, and likely to remain so.
Anyway, as to going to Matalan today. I've put that on the back burner because the wind is wild so just going to Aldi and back will be a bit of a challenge in itself. If the wind drops, I'll go tomorrow instead.

You never know who you see in Matalan. I was in the Manchester Matalan the other week. Looked down the line, that I was queueing in, and their was Fiz from Corrie. Waiting to pay for her goods. Some idiot shouted to her. Should you not be in jail. She went red and smiled at him.
