Is a bit scary Dandysmom, and thank you. Haven't heard on news of any damage occurring round here yet, though apparently some flights and ferry crossings have been cancelled. Really don't like strong winds-the only consolation is that it isn't raining-think the winds are keeping the rain clouds on the move!

Same Old Story. Nothing really changes except that the wind gets stronger.
Just been helping a neighbour to fix her broken fence that was blown down during the night.

Heavy rain forcast for last night woke up 4.30am looked out, weather dry as
a bone, up at 7am still dry now a lovely sunny day. how do the weathermen get it so wrong?

Perfect Autumn day here, warmed up nicely: 14 C (56 F) before lunch, not a cloud in the sky and may make 16 C by afternoon - above normal for the first time this chilly month! Doesn't get much nicer than this in November.

Wish I could send this weather to all....

A few limbs of the tree in the garden and lots of flower pots flying around are really scaring my dog who hates the wind. Thank god its not raining too.

Can see the weather type but it is dry and the winds have dropped
