Thanks Pats, I'll save it for later just been to the hairdressers now look and feel like overboiled lobster with very nice hairdo, and am going to have a choc ice to cool me down. I've had 2 showers today think it'll have to be a 3rd before bed temp is 28c.

Hazel - you cant beat a frozen lolly with the ice cream inside for real cooling - give it a try sometime, cools the body inside and out ....

"Mivys" I got some last night, any ice cream cools my body down alright, cos I usually drip it down my front.

My O/H is coming up for a few days.

I think I'm going to head off to bed! There is still half a bottle of Whisky sitting on the coffee table and if I don't go, I'll drink it and end up being arrested again for indecent exposure

It is with the 11th hour fast approaching that i declare this day OVER and shall attempt to get from the armchair to the bed without falling and knocking myself out.
