No Mags, I had absolutely no idea, I have deliberately kept away from the TV magazines this weekend and the centre TV pages of the Sun. All that effort and Granada tells us anyway ......... it's funny really

Ok I'll admit I had a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye when Vera appeared and they swayed together to "Softly as I leave you" and then gave each other a kiss .....

You're not on your own Mags-I also had a lump in my throat and a tear running down my face The end of another era-loved Jack and Vera-Corrie won't quite be the same without them.

Hubby and I were blubbing away I said to hubby "I don't know what I'm crying for, he was only on Loose Women this afternoon" I think it was that song "Softly As I Leave You" that started me off, I love that song but have got it by Cliff Richard (it's a track on one of his albums)

Because I knew what would happen before I watched it, I was sure I could control myself ......... but no!!!

Just goes to show how Corrie have made their actors like down to earth real people when you can relate to them like that

Know what you mean Mags, and I still cry when they still show clips of it on other programmes . It's that damn song that starts me off. Every time I hear it from now on it will remind me of them.
